Can't change email address. No email to confirm.

Trying to change email. Putting in new email and existing password. Press Save, password clears and nothing happens. No confirm email sent to either new or old address. Checked junk folders and everything. Tried in Safari and Chrome, no luck.

    Same problem! I need to change my account e-mail but no luck! Droplr Support we are waiting for your help!

    If I can't change my email how do I delete my account and start a new one?

    So Droplr, you're just not going to respond over a week later? Is this your level of customer service? I'm starting to question if we should switch our office to Droplr at this point. A response acknowledging you received my issue and are working on it would be helpful.

    Really sorry about this, Addison. Just to confirm, you're still entering a new email address, confirming your current password, hitting save, then getting nothing? No notification or anything of the sort? If so, we'll ask you to give us some more detailed debugging help on the issue.

    Thanks for reopening. Yes, I enter new email, current password, press Save and password field clears but nothing else happens. No confirmation email at either new or old address. I cleared browser history and cache and still no luck. Tried in Safari and Chrome on multiple computers all running Safari 5.1.7 and OS 10.7.4. Also just tried on OS 10.6.8, Safari 5.1.7 without any luck. Please let me know what other information I can provide to help. Thanks

    Hi there, I'm having the same issue as well. I was only able to change my password but not my email address. As soon as I hit the "save" button, it does nothing but clearing the password box and resets the email address back to the old one instead of the new one and of course nothing is changed. I tried doing this on 4 computers.
